ABOUT US
The project APPLE (Approach towards a sporty and healthy lifestyle) is an 18-month project aimed at sensitising European citizens, especially the youth, about the importance of conducting a healthy lifestyle.
Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, APPLE started on 1st January 2020 and aims at reaching its target through a series of seminars, meetings and active lessons with school children relevant stakeholders.
These activities are not only focused on the promotion of sport, but on healthy lifestyles. Working with young people is crucial to improve the health conditions of the present and future society.

APPLE is a project promoted by eight members of the European Multisport Club Association (EMCA).

Erasmus+ Project APPLE is coordinated by S.S. Lazio Atletica Leggera, section of Società Sportiva Lazio, the biggest Multisport Club in Europe, founded in 1900.
Project leaders of S.S. Lazio Atletica Leggera, in order to reach the sport&health targets, are counting on the support of a consortium composed by eight International organisations.
